Milan is a joy for shopping therapy! You'll find clothes, accessories and shoe shops everywhere. However, if you wish to buy affordable and cheap clothes, then you should visit one of the city's shopping centres or look for large chain stores, such as Primark and Piazza Italia.

Shopping centres in Milan

The most famous shopping centre in Milan is il Centro. It has hundreds of shops and offers options for all tastes and budgets. Especially for affordable shopping, il Centro shopping centre will cover you 100%.

It features all the major brands and boutiques such as Gucci, Armani, etc., and you will also find all the other chain stores offering affordable clothing, such as Primark, Piazza Italia, Zara, etc.

Access to il Centro shopping centre 

Il Centro is outside Milan city centre. If you don't have a car, you can get to the shopping centre with special buses that transfer you to and from the shopping centre, from Centrale Station.

More specifically, opposite the main bus and train station (Centrale) you will find the stop for the special bus that runs the il Centro – Centrale route.

The return ticket costs €5.

When you go in the morning, you will need to state your return time (it has routes from 10 am to 9 pm).
