Ways to contact Ryanair

Ryanair is the number 1 low-cost airline in Europe and one of the airlines with the largest flight operations!

It boasts a huge fleet consisting of over 300 Boeing 737 – 800 aircraft.

But how can you contact the number 1 low-cost airline? What are the ways to contact Ryanair?

Ryanair offers a rather 'difficult' customer service approach, at least for the Greek public, as it does not have offices in Greece.

1) Online chat from the company's website

On the Ryanair website, there is an option for a free online chat with a company representative. Visit the website, and when the service is available, you will see an icon in the bottom right corner.

2) Contact via email

Ryanair aims for the most automated process possible for booking flights and check-in. So, if you have booked flights with Ryanair and require a change or have questions, you can contact the company via email.

More specifically, on the website http://frd.ie/help/ there is a contact form for Ryanair.

3) Ryanair phone numbers – Telephone contact with Ryanair

This is the most challenging part of contacting the company. There is no Greek number, and you will need to communicate in English for any issues you have with your flights. Of course, for most people, this is not a problem, as almost everyone knows some English.

Ryanair's phone number is +448712460002. Please note that the call costs approximately 0.18€ per minute + the cost of an international call from your provider.

There is no other Ryanair phone number, let alone a Ryanair Greece phone number.

The best way to contact Ryanair

From our experience, the quickest and most efficient way to contact Ryanair is through the Ryanair online chat application, which you will find at the beginning of the article.

It is the fastest method, and quite often there are company staff in support who will genuinely assist you instantly.

Generally, depending on the request you have, it's advisable to use the contact methods and Ryanair phone numbers as follows:

Changes to your booking 5+ days before your departure:

• Send an email to the relevant department and also try the Ryanair online chat.

Adding luggage or upgrading a seat:

• You can do this online through Ryanair's booking management system – no contact is needed!

Changing the name on the ticket:

• If you have just made the booking and need a correction to the name on the ticket (e.g., you wrote Jiorgos instead of Georgios), then go immediately to the company's live chat. If you contact them within a few hours, such minor changes are made instantly and without charge!
