Users/members of Travelo.gr, adhering to current legislation, the Constitution, International Conventions, and generally accepted principles of ethics, must refrain from:

1) Posting and publishing any content that objectively constitutes an infringement of the personality, honour, reputation, public image, or property of any third person.

2) Posting and publishing content that is contrary to the Law, morals, is defamatory, or opposes the Constitutional concepts of protecting life, honour, property, human dignity, or violates the personal data of others, or constitutes the subjective or objective element of any crime, or is characterised by racist intent.

3) Posting and publishing content with pornographic material in general, or child pornography specifically, or content that infringes upon the constitutional protection of minors.

4) Posting and publishing content that offends democratic governance, the right to religious freedom, the protection of minority groups, promotes racism and xenophobia, or infringes upon the individual political and social rights of Greek citizens. Every user-member of our website's pages, as soon as they become aware of any of the above prohibited uses, must notify our website, which is then obliged to immediately delete any relevant content and deactivate the user-member's account. The large volume of visitors-users of the pages, and the very large volume of topics posted and published, makes everyone's contribution necessary in identifying any illegal use and excluding such phenomena. The visitor – user-member of the Travelo.gr pages, in addition to their exclusive responsibility for the posting and publication of any topic, undertakes the obligation, in the event of legal involvement, to compensate for any damage to our website, or any third party, and more specifically in the event of damage to a third party and the initiation of legal proceedings before the Courts, they are obliged to intervene additionally in favour of our website, and then to potentially pay any amount awarded in favour of a third party and against our website. In any case, the user-member of our website accepts as legal and fair our right to discontinue the use of personal access codes (password) if the user-member violates the above indicative terms.
