Whilst in our country, train travel is not particularly popular as a mode of transport for holidays and trips – naturally, the relevant infrastructure is also lacking – abroad, train journeys perhaps hold the number one spot in travellers' preferences, especially among young people!

Train travel seems increasingly attractive to most people, both due to reduced costs and the scenic routes it usually follows.

• Save Money

Most train stations are either located near the city centre or have a direct connection to it. Conversely, airports are usually outside the city, and access to the centre is via buses and trains, which can be expensive.
